Myatt and Co now features three big questions each term - one each on:

  To help busy teachers and leaders to shape their answers to these vital questions we have curated a selection of key recordings which address them here.
  
  The big question this term for inclusion is: ‘What do we need to be aware of to ensure an equitable education for pupils from ethnic minority backgrounds?’
  
  Our suggested recordings and a route through them are as follows:
  
  First, watch ‘Inclusive practice’ (28 mins) to get an overview of the topic with Russell Pearson and Steven Eastes.
  
  Next, watch ‘Ethnic minority achievement’ (8 mins) to dive deeper with Sameena Choudry.
